all orders may take anywhere from 1-3 weeks from the date of purchase to be shipped! all sales are final and cannot be returned for refunds or exchanges. please reach out prior to ordering for any questions/concerns

Adjustments/Alterations⋆ ˚｡⋆୨୧˚

please add any and all size adjustments in the notes section of your purchase. if this is unavailable, please make sure to reach out through the contacts page/email/dm! Alterations are on a case by case basis, but are more or less not available for beaded pieces

I am not currently taking custom orders at this time, but when they become available, I will update my story on instagram (@copyghost_)

My item came broken/has broken, can I get it fixed?⋆ ˚｡⋆୨୧˚

of course! all items are liable to be fixed free of charge. please make sure to send an email with attached pictures of the item (and broken segments) and I will respond ASAP! repairs will be fulfilled on a case by case basis ^^

  • where do I get my supplies?

    I primarily get all of my materials from etsy, local craft stores and bead shops, gem faires, and occassionally secondhand (thrift stores, depop, ebay, etc.)

  • do you remake pieces?

    yes and no! some items are made-to-order (will be mentioned in description or instagram post) and some will be 1of1s (unique pieces that cannot be remade). oftentimes I will remake pieces that are similar to old pieces, and upon request I will attempt to restock popular items!
